Walk in the midst of mountains like the ones you dreamt of as a child, those that you used to draw before you'd ever seen them. With a rich palette of colours, from the green of alpine pastures to the turquoise of mountain lakes in which the eternal snows of Mont Blanc are mirrored.
Walk into the heart of the mountain of your childhood dreams, the one

The palette of colors is generous, from the green of the pastures where the herds graze, to the turquoise of the high-altitude lakes where the eternal snows of Mont Blanc are reflected.
snow of Mont Blanc.
A real postcard, this tour of the Beaufortain invites you to discover an authentic terroir, from the flavors of its famous Beaufort cheese to the traditional habitat of its villages clinging to the slopes.
villages clinging to the slopes.
2/ Descend towards the Nant Rouge, cross the stream and climb the opposite slope towards the Chard du Beurre (1889 m). Descend slightly to Col de la Lézette, then follow the route des crêtes to Col de la Croix de Pierre (Refuge of the same name), then Col du Joly. The path descends slightly towards the Roselette lake and refuge.
Favourite features: superb balcony crossing, from which you can see the Saint Guérin, Roselend and soon the Girotte dams, as well as the bulbous bell tower of the village of Hauteluce. The Col du Joly offers one of the most grandiose panoramas of the Mont-Blanc massif.
