Hydrospeed, also called white-water swimming, is an outdoor sports activity where you swim down the river using a float and flippers to propel and steer you. Accessible to anyone aged 14 or over who can swim. You will have a state-qualified guide with you to ensure that your hydrospeed descent is quite safe. We supply all the technical equipment and the bus transport is included in the price. You will have access to changing rooms and showers. Remember to bring your swimming costume and a towel!
