Description
The Isère is the most suitable river in Savoy for Hydrospeeding or Whitewater Swimming.
The Gorges Route: from Aime to Centron (Franceraft
to beginners), is a sporting descent that from the very start allows you to experience the pleasures of sliding down the rapids and surfing the waves (a 7-kilometre descent, about 1h30 in the water).
The Advanced Route: from Bellentre to Centron, which is much more technical and longer (a 14-kilometre descent, about 2h30 in the water), is for people who have acquired sufficient technique on the Gorges Route or on another river.
