Discover all the secrets of the Beaufort cheese and its terroir through a sensory approach and original tools. . The production is visible every morning. (Guided tours of the cellars every half hour - film the Beaufort in inheritance, to pay)
Venez découvrir tous les secrets du Beaufort et de son terroir via une approche sensorielle et des outils originaux. Boîtes à odeur, témoignages à écouter, vidéos, objets à toucher, maquettes. Cette exposition fera le bonheur des petits et grands. La fabrication est visible tous les matin.
Pour les groupes sur réservation 10 jours à l'avance : projection du film “Le Beaufort en héritage” et dégustation (3€ / personne) + visite guidée des caves (4€ / personne). Possibilité également de visite guidée des caves + dégustation, sans le film (3,50€ / personne).
