Chef Paolo Sola invites his guests to discover his native land, Piedmont. The promise of a gastronomic journey full of colour and flavour! If you like the traditional Savoyard fondue, you will love this neighbouring version. Its composition? Eggs, milk and Fontina, an uncooked pressed cheese made with cow's milk. Mamma mia! Accompanied by foccacia bread and cold cuts, you'll go back to the slopes with a full stomach!
